Delete your BaseCheck account
You can delete your account and all of your data at any time. Deleting removes everything tied to your account — your saved reports, your Movement Record data (measurements, notes, photos), and your sign-in itself. It can’t be undone.
If you can sign in
Sign in, then go to your account and choose “Delete my account.” You’ll be asked to type a confirmation word before anything is deleted, since this can’t be reversed. You can download a copy of your data first from the same page, if you want to keep it.
If you can’t sign in
Email us at info@basecheck.co.nz from the address on the account (or tell us the email the account was created with) and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify it’s your account and action the request — this normally takes a few business days.
What gets deleted
Both ways above result in the same thing: your account and everything tied to it — saved reports and their photos, Movement Record series/points/observations and their photos, and your ability to sign in — are permanently removed, not just hidden or deactivated.
